We use the information you submit to respond to your inquiry, prepare quotes and proposals, schedule consultations, evaluate career applications, and send you requested updates if you subscribe to our newsletter.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

3. File Uploads

Résumés and other files you upload (e.g. through our Careers or Contact forms) are stored via Cloudinary, our file-hosting provider, and are accessible only to CX1 staff involved in reviewing your submission.

4. Data Retention

We retain contact, quote, and consultation request data for as long as necessary to respond to your inquiry and maintain business records, typically no longer than 24 months from your last interaction with us, unless a longer retention period is required by law or an active engagement.

Career application data is retained for 12 months after a hiring decision is made, unless you ask us to remove it sooner.
